Another v10 issue - language files aren't loading. They're in /App_Plugins/Plumber/Lang, but not picked up on app start. I know there were issues with finding these files, but thought those had all been resolved. RCL is not currently an option as I have a bit of logic in .targets that I don't think can be replicated in a library
