So, package devs following SemVer, are you maintaining a release schedule similar to Umbraco? (ie, major releases will occur every X months) or are you just releasing majors as an when breaking changes are necesarry? If the former, what are you doing when you hit an update that requires a breaking change? Are you holiding it back untill you hit your release period?
