I wouldn't want to run Vendr on SQLite, really. Of course I understand it's super nice to get an extra quick start on Mac/Linux (& Windows). But I wouldn't encourage anyone to use it for production in any case. Migration tooling going from SQLite to SQL Server is not great either, so there'd be overhead moving it to a live instance as well.
