I think Lee is a bit right about the packaging stuff. There will still be people who don't know .net using Umbraco and can create awesome HTML and Javascript extensions. Currently it will be hard for them to create packages. In the end Nuget packages are just zip files with a different extension so why not let them download or even publish the Nuget packages from the backoffice?
