Is this correct place to update the f/end of backoffice? https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/13056 I see the backoffice HTML in two places and don't understand why, namely one in:

Umbraco.Web.UI.Client\src\views\propertyeditors\blocklist

and the other:

\Umbraco.Cms.StaticAssets\wwwroot\umbraco\views\propertyeditors\blocklist
