@theweinerking with out looking through the cv, its about keenness and showing a willing to learn. My journey as a developer was from a non computer science back ground and there are quite a lot in the community. I think you want to be honest stick to your guns about what you are trying to do
Write things like took on additional responsibility for server and backs learnt about the SLDC. this may be one of the few instances where I think if you are applying to places a covering letter may help you show your intentions.
Doing things like boot-camps or getting involved in a code club after hours shows intent and an ability to follow through and you are passionate about making it happen >> then its a case of knocking on doors metaphorically
