I have done a PR that fails build step "Run dotnet pack" due to "API compatibility errors between dll's". In other words, I have introduced a change to a controller and I think I need to build dll's before pushing. I'm missing a basic piece of the puzzle somewhere. Should I run

dotnet pack -c Release -o Build.Out

before updating the PR? I can't do that though, as it says > warning : This project cannot be packaged because packaging has been disabled. Add true/IsPackable> to the project file to enable producing a package from this project.
