Hi there, First time using discord so hope I'm in the right place, thanks in advance for reading this - much appreciated! I'm working on a website that's hosted on Umbraco cloud, which fell over on the server last week and I'm being asked for info from a managed about it (afraid my server knowledge isn't the strongest so apologies for any questions with obvious answers) I guess firstly this is the error that was in the logs while the website was down, does this mean anything to anyone? "*System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\local\Temp\UmbracoData\d8431f94cd261fee6d16bfbda3e162b6\NuCache\NuCache.Content.db' because it is being used by another process. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)*" Secondly the only thing I could find on my end that might have caused things to crash is the exception error attached. It was logging every 30 seconds, could I safely say that this could have caused it, or is it red herring? Thanks, Simon
