Does anyone have a definitive instruction sheet for setting up Umbraco 8.18.x with load balanced Azure? There's a post on our https://our.umbraco.com/Documentation/Fundamentals/Setup/Server-Setup/load-balancing/azure-web-apps which covers specifics for all different versions but nothing that summarises for the later versions i.e. this is exactly what you need to setup! i.e. v8.0 - v8.5.x The SQLDomainLock option was added in V8.6, for previous versions of Umbraco V8 you should configure both your MASTER and REPLICA servers 'as if they were all replica servers' based upon the v8.6.0 - v8.6.1 configuration above. - so what do we do for 8.18.x for instance - lots of other questions in that page as well - would be nice to have one summary to say this needs setting up.
