09/01/2023, 8:48 AMOk, so I found a solution.
Context:
We had 5 components (modules in umbraco), and each one has "subtitle" property. But 2 of the components had "String" as type, and the rest of 3 - "RichText", our solution was to change the type to have just RichText.
This is strange, because it should be in different modules.
