Hi, we're taking on a new client and their previous umbraco site is on aws. We use azure so we need to get all the resources (media) from their aws buckets. We're trying to copy them from the source account to ours (we setup an account for this purpose alone) but we're getting nowhere. We can see the source buckets, they've given read access, but when we try to copy from that bucket we just get access denied error all the source files. Anyone ideas? Thanks.
