Happy Monday! Does anyone know of a package or Umbraco functionality which could give you article management like the attached - primarily for an editor to see all content created but not published? Secondary point, but somewhat related - what does the "Send To Publish" (Allow access to send a node for approval before publishing) user permission actually do? I can recommend using Workflow

"Send to publish" saves the node and sends a notification to an Admin who has subscribed to this event on the node (or one of its ancestors). Usually combined with the editor not having Publishing rights :D

Just FYI: the "Send to publish" functionality is rather basic and hasn't changed in about a decade (if not more). Would recommend Workflow pkg as well, but I work at that company so I'm biased! 😅
