Upgraded from 10 to 12. Trying to add Datatype to ...

Recently upgraded a 10 site to 12 and after we confirmed the site was all working, we went back to adding some new doctypes and datatypes to the system.
However, upon trying to add a new Datatype or even using a pre-existing one, we get the error as in the attached screenshot.
Any ideas? - Tried clearing cache folders and rebuilding examine, but to no luck yet.

10/13/2023, 11:18 AMJust to come back to this. Ive found that it appears to be the Iconic Package which was also upgraded to its latest 5.4 version.
I can only see one reference to Iconic in the backoffice, but I assume it must be duplicated in something like the DB?
