Upgrade path from Umbraco 8 to 12

10/17/2023, 8:48 AMI wonder what the recommended upgrade path is from Umbraco 8 to 12?
First I would probably upgrade to latest v8.
Next migrate project from Umbraco 8 to latest v9.

After that I could upgrade to v10 or directly to v12 perhaps?
Or when I need to migrate anyway maybe just a clean v12 and migrate content from v8 site (similar approach as from v8 to v9)?

Otherwise bad things may happen.
