NuCache.Content.db Error

11/03/2023, 10:16 AMUsing umbraco 12 we are seeing this error when we Click on Save and Publish:
An unexpected network error occurred. : 'C:\home\site\wwwroot\umbraco\Data\TEMP\NuCache\NuCache.Content.db'
Any ideas on what we can do in Umbraco 12 to fix this issue?

11/03/2023, 12:05 PMRestarting the App Pool resolved this issue - is this a known issue and do you know if there is a way to resolve this from happening again?

11/03/2023, 12:23 PM@Sebastiaan We used to see this happen a lot in version 8 after a code deployment. Do you know what might be causing this in 12? Thanks
