Hello I'm a software developer who works mainly with microsoft and .net technologies. I came across Umbraco and wanted to try the platform out. Could somebody point me in the right direction towards getting started with this platform?

Hi @hhaamm and welcome to the Umbraco community! 👋🏻 The best place to start would be the Umbraco docs at https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/ There's some great documentation there about getting started installing the CMS via NuGet in different ways (dotnet CLI, Visual Studio, etc) https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/fundamentals/setup/install
