Hi Im trying to create a cname record to a umbraco cloud site, the dns is also hosted in cloudflare and it gives me this error. We have maked sure the dns is flatten,, Has anyone fixed this error before

The IP adresses resolved for the domain is not the Cloud ones, since you mention the domain is also in Cloudflare did you follow this https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cloud/set-up/project-settings/manage-hostnames#is-your-domain-hosted-on-your-own-cloudflare-account ? Most importantly ensuring that proxying is not turned on when the domain is being validated. If that doesn't solve it, I'll suggest contacting support

Hi Rasmus Yes we have insured the proxing is set to dns only and followed the guide you have a link for The It provider for company has reverted the changes again, there for the ip is wrong.

Ahh.. that makes sense, the only thing I can think of that could give that error is that the hostname isn't validated in Cloud, you could try to remove/add it again to see if that helps
