Hello there. I have tried multiple times to upgrade a project from 11.5.0 → 12.0.0 but whenever I do that I get the Errors in the image. The first time running the project no problem tried to upgrade the CMS it did not work, when just tried running the project I got an Exception in the GlobalizationMode.cs I think this is an OS issue but Input would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Experienced the same before, there is something weird about the specific order of which packages needs to be upgraded when working on it with Umbraco Cloud. Have you tried doing the upgrade through the Cloud portal? Otherwise I think when I ran into it I ended up figuring out all the corresponding versions for the umbraco and umbraco cloud packages and then updating them all directly in the csproj file in one go before restoring
