Umbraco Commerce Licensing Bug?

I have an Umbraco Commerce site setup, which works fine on our authoring/dev/uat subdomains, but seems to have an intermittent bug on
prod.
subdomain. We see a warning message about the Umbraco Commerce running in trial mode and to install a valid license to remove trial-mode restrictions. But in the 'licenses' area, we can see that we do indeed have a valid license installed. Clicking to 're validate' the license shows an error about rate-limitting, that we can only re-validate a valid license once every 4 hours. Has anyone come across something like this before? Or have any pointers as to where we could look to resolve it? Many thanks 🙂

Hi Stephen. I have not used Umbraco Commerce myself so I don't know where the trial mode warning message shows. Don't suppose you have load balancing in the prod environment? "Intermittent issue on production" always makes me think of load balancing and that one of the front-end instances is missing something If not, and you want to raise an issue for the product, you can do that here: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco.Commerce.Issues/issues

hi, thanks for your response - yes it is a load-balanced environment
