Our client who is on version 13 would like to buy the additional TinyMCE package that includes Pasting from Word into the RTE - PowerPaste. Is this possible to aquire a licence for TinyMCE to get this plugin? Has anyone done this before?

Not sure if anyone's done it yet, but a main feature of the newly released minor Umbraco 13.1 boasts to support premium plugins including the "powerpaste" one, which so happens to be the exact one we used as an example in the docs: https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/fundamentals/backoffice/property-editors/built-in-umbraco-property-editors/rich-text-editor/rte-plugins#adding-a-premium-plugin

Hm interesting, may I ask where you heard that? The current plan is to stick with TinyMCE (same general version as Umbraco 13 uses). It's already been implemented on the new backoffice repository: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco.CMS.Backoffice
