Umbraco

As the title states, Umbraco creates ~230 of the same image every day with name Image(number). 
We do not create any images from code, if I look under relation "Relate Parent MEdia Folder on Delete" (see attachement).


Any of you experienced this?

I ended up creating a hangfire job that deletes the new images every night.
We are looking into upgrading to v13 in the upcoming weeks and hope that fixes it
