I have patched an older site from 8.18.8 to 8.18.12. It seemed to work ok but I have lost my Form entries. There is only one form on the site and it seems to have changed its ID. Why would this have happened. Is there any way of changing it back to retrieve the entries? I had a look in the database and I can see the entries in the form field in UFRecords but not sure if just changing them here is the best idea.
