Hello, I have this concern where I added list of items in the dropdown and save it . when going back to the page and refresh the items are not reflecting. Is there anything I need to do in order to automatically reflected those items ? I am using Chrome on accessing the page and tried incognito as well but no luck.. I tried accessing it using Microsoft edge still the dropdown list is not updating. Hope someone can help me.. Thank you . I am using Umbraco Forms 12.1.0 Umbraco CMS 12.1.2
