I belive if you go to Settings -> General Settings and then to Redirect Settings (top right menu) and turn off "enable redirect module" this will stop tracking them. Not sure what else that might turn off though

Yes indeed, why would you disable redirect tracking, bots? Check appsettings for botfilters and Vnext will delete old 404 urls that are logged and not accessed and fixed after (x) days

The client has a fire wall dealing with bots, but they are in the security industry so it gets hammered with all sorts of urls 😄
