Hi,

I have created some functionality to translate alt text into multiple different languages, it uses the mediasaved notification handler to process the text. It all works well however, when I click 'save' the translated text doesn't appear until the page is refreshed. 

Is there a way to force the page to refresh without manually doing it in the browser?

I decided on posting a notification to tell the user to refresh the page until I have worked this one out. I suspect it will require some frontend work.
