Customize Resources Linked in Help Section/Drawer

Curious, can anyone point me in the direction of any documentation or resources around adding/customizing the available resource links that appear within the 'Help' drawer? Those links that appear beneath the backoffice tours ^^
I've tried to search for it but as you can imagine trying to search for 'help' doesn't really work too well xD
