[Solved] Umbraco Forms in a Modal with conditions

[Solved] Does anyone have this working? Before I go down a rabbit hole of trying to workout why my optional fields are always shown
c
Out of curiosity do your optional fields correctly have the "umbraco-forms-hidden" class attached to them?
c
And then just for sanities sake, That class is actually applying a display:none to those fields?
( I know the dumb mistake I did was originally disabling the default style sheet which then gets rid of the Umbraco-forms-hidden default styling of display:none)
m
It is not... and looking at my non modal one its using the Umbraco CSS
c
Now that is strange, As the Umbraco forms default theme should have that declared in its style sheet. The obvious temporary solution is to re-add that rule back into a stylesheet, but as to the reason its not there now begs the question of why. I'd guess this is a fresh install of forms vs a forms theme thats been upgraded through versions?
m
Same form same settings but different render methods block with render macro RTE macro
Oddly one has a different CSS file from App_plugins
I have no idea where this one is coming from and why its different to the other one 😄 /App_Plugins/UmbracoForms/Assets/defaultform.min.css
Got it 🙂 a odd ordering issue
Thanks for getting me to look
