If you are on Windows, you can use windows+shift+s or the print-screen key on the keyboard to capture a screenshot which you can then paste here. That type of image will be much more readable than a photograph of the screen.

That image doesn't look like 14... The icons are wrong. Are you sure you're on the right version?
