I'm getting the following error on my Umbraco Cloud Dev & Live projects but works fine on my Local Cloned instance, any ideas anyone? I've also tried using the Macro & Tag Helper versions to no success. It looks like its failing when trying to get prevalues, how does your form look within the form dashboard in Umbraco? And could it maybe try to get prevalues from some nodes that either do not exist, or has another id on dev and live and thus it fails when getting them?

Thanks Jemayn, you've solved this!!! One of the dropdownlists is populated by a list of prevalues. I've just checked on the dev site and it looks like the prevalue source has an Xpath in it which is incorrect. I pushed the form & prevalues from local so it looks like this could be an issue in Umbraco Forms where the prevalues are not correct when pushing from one environment to another.
