is there a Starter Kit  that implements Umbraco User Authentication with forms for Register, Login, Change Password, Reset Password, Logout ?

Member authentication I am guessing? User auth is only for the backoffice.

There's snippets available for member auth in macros, you can get inspiration from those and move that code into your own controllers (or just keep them in macros, but do remember macros are disappearing in v14).
