Because I'm getting warning messages from my phone carrier about my device not supporting VoLTE, I think it might be time for a new handset. I come to you all for recommendations. Definitely Android, and definitely not Samsung. Ideally running bare Android, or very very lightly skinned. I'm a cheapskate too, keep that in mind...
