Anyone experiencing issue with Examine Management ...

Hey Busra, we are getting mixed behaviours with examine currently in several v13 sites - some are in Cloud and some are in Azure. In both situations the examine indexs are becoming corrupted for an unknown reason and the only working fix is to delete the index files and restart the site. Sometimes we have to stop the site before we can delete the index files. Currently got no idea of the cause.

ok I've deleted the indexes and restarted the env in cloud - latest 13- but still doesn't work. I cannot access the examine management section

You can find the index files in Kudu, delete them there, and then restart the site.

ah, sorry misread then 🙂
sometimes it takes a little while before it has reindexed everything, and the examine management dashboard doesn't work until then. You can even be unlucky that you end up corrupting them again while they are rebuilding.
It's so annoying when it happens 😵‍💫

I had this the other night on Cloud. Deleted the index, then they corrupt again, took 3 attempts but it finally came back. Not helpful I know but just thought I'd say, it might take a few attempts.
