After upgrading to v14 when trying to access umbraco I'm being redirected to /umbraco/management/api/v1/security/back-office/authorize This looks like it wants to authorize the upgrade like in the old versions however the actual upgrade has already been done locally and the local (dev) instance doesn't do this redirect. Does that mean the same thing it used to? Is there a file somewhere that tracks if the upgrade has been performed? Thanks!
