I've created some groups in Umbraco v14.2 and want to delete a few. When navigating to members -> member groups, I can see the groups i want to delete, but when selecting it all i can see is a "Save" option. The Id field for the group is also empty. I am in the same boat. There seems to be no ability to delete them from the UI. And yes, this certainly seems like a bug to me.
