We have a client who we have tried installing UmarketingSuite. They have an on prem load balanced setup with failover to a secondary cluster. The implementation has not gone well, to the point where the client has now decided to give up on UmarketingSuite entirely. They need something that primarily does A/B testing, some personalisation would also be of benefit. We have looked around and have looked at VWO and Convert. Does anyone have any experience with either of these, or possibly a different product? Thanks

I don't have any direct experience but I know of a client that has heavily used VWO
