I had some issues in Umbraco 15 RC, with creating and changing languages. Yes, I had 2 clients with old Mac's recently that couldn't login to their upgraded V13 sites. Turned out to be due to their Safari versions being older than 16.4 (IIRC). One bought a brand new Mac and the problem disappeared, the other is waiting for a new Mac to appear. Neither could upgrade unfortunately. Think it's due to old Safari not playing well with shadow DOM. Things are getting too complex IMHO. https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/issues/16639

Hmmm, wonder if it'll be backported to the login screen for V13.x. It'd save a few people a few thousand pounds.

@Craig100 we intend to update the UI library in V13 in the next minor as well, but no date has been set on it so far
