A url picker would technically allow an editor to write whatever url comes to mind. But it would be nice to be able to help them to not accidentally reference an internal node that is not meant to be displayed publicly. For example a node like "Global Settings" that makes no sense for an end user to try and navigate to. Is there a way to adjust what content types shows up in the Multi Url Picker dialog box?
