Block list property custom label

I have a problem where i want to make a block list property which is with inline editing mode, and i want to make custom labels for the blocks.
when i am not in the inline editing mode and i put {=description} in the block label, it shows just right ("Banner")
But when i am turning on "Inline editing mode", the label is becoming ("{=description}")
What can i do?
