We have an umbraco project that we just upgraded and when we go into our Umbraco backoffice and Kudu from the Umbraco dashboard, we don't see any media. We are a high traffic website with purchases happening online, we need immediate assistance @User @User @User

First of all, this is not a support channel. Second, media in Umbraco Cloud is stored in a separate blob container. You can find connection details for this in the Cloud portal.

Thank you, I have some support going on. I appreciate the repsonses. Any details on how media would be stored then when a site is developed locally then pushed to the cloud? I mean, we started out on a local environment, then we pushed our site up to the Cloud, which looks like all the media goes into Kudu and not the Blob storage this way. (though some images are getting to the Blob storage). Thanks for the info in advance?

You can push it using Umbraco deploy through the UI if I recall

Yeh, the issue is that our media storage is pointed to the local file system (Kudu) and not the Blob storage. I am looking around and without creating a new project in the Cloud, does anyone happen to know a Git repo with a default Umbraco cloud project?

I wish you the best of luck with your Cloud support but please don't ping the Umbraco or Moderator roles. The exception for this might be if there is a code of conduct breach on the server, but even then I'd rather one of us who's currently online was tagged than everyone.

Sounds like something is wrong with the configuration of your project. It should store media in the file system when working locally, but in blob storage on the hosted environments. If you didn't change the config, I would get in touch with HQ support for further assistance.
