Hello. Wondering if anyone has experienced this. I upgrade a v14 site to v15 today. Original content seems to render but when I add an area to a block grid it appears greyed out and will not render on front end. Old block grid items (before upgrade) render and can also be edited but new layout areas are not drawing. See screenshot showing example (rich text component label is solid but "Three Column Large Centre" is grey and will not render on front end. Thank you @skttl that sounds possible. I had seen that mentioned - I didn't think I was using variance in either doc or block level but perhaps the upgrade has "split" this content. Will try and solve this way...
