I want to deploy the latest LTS version of Umbraco CMS as a Docker container using Docker image or Docker compose with official Docker images - does Umbraco publish those to Dockerhub?

There is no official docker image I believe, also because you're free to run it anyway you want (windows/linux), there is however a bit of docs on how to set up your project with Docker: https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/fundamentals/setup/install/running-umbraco-on-docker-locally
