How do we get hold of Umrbaco cloud support? Trying to deploy a new site for a client and not getting any reply from support. It just says wait a few hours and you'll get an email but it never comes. We don't really have time to wait hours on end to get this setup. Its supposed to be automatic and painless. Spent most of the day yesterday converting the project and can't deploy to Develop. I just wonder if this is worth it? Could have had this on Azure in an hour.

Either by emailing support@umbraco.com, or by using the chat-thingy in the portal
Whats your problem? Maybe the community can help. You can see in your git log, if a deployment fails

The chat just says they will get back to me in a couple of hours but I've ha nothing. This is the error (and I have deleted and re-spun up the dev environment) An error occurred while starting the application. InvalidOperationException: Unable to determine environment by its id 732278a1-xxx, it does not exist in the workspace configuration at await app.BootUmbracoAsync();

I have been in contact with support now and they have sorted the issue. Just in time for the weekend and I'll head off to the pub now

Yes, it was a simialr thing. I think the ID in the umbraco-cloud.json file was incorrect
I'm getting this now, so still not working "Message": "Could not get container with id xxx
The whole thing doesn't work Signed up a week ago and had one reply from support and now nothing again. I think I will cancel and go somewhere else
