We have a new setup running Umbraco 13. The admin are set as SchedulingPublisher And the other one is Subscriber On that admin server, the preview are not updated when viewing non published content? any idea of where to start?

You mean the preview tab that opens from "save and preview" on admin doesn't actually show saved content, but published content? And the subscriber works like it should? You're not using backoffice/preview accidentally on the subscriber somehow? Never experienced this, are you sure you're not "viewing published content" on admin accidentally?

Could it be some custom caching in between that only gets refreshed when publishing? Previewing would only be saving.

Preview works fine on local and not behind the LB m..
