Is there a quick way, i.e., a package for v13+ to find out which Umbraco content pages are using a specific Umbraco forms form please? If not, I'd appreciate any ideas about how to get this information, including some handy SQL scripts please. Thanks in advance.

Forms ships with a relationtype that should create the releations for you. So you should be able to get it with the relations service targettting the
umbForm
relation You can actually see it within the backoffice as well, but it only shows you the name of the content node so not as useful
I can click on them and go to the actual content page.

Oh I actually wasnt aware they were on the forms themselves, I was thinking of settings -> relation types -> Forms relation it show a full list of all forms and all pages they are on

Fantastic, thank you for your help. #h5yr
To help other fellow devs: I can't see these options on v7 or v8 and my screenshots are from a v13 website.
