In 15.2 there are a number of fixes for block lists, have you updated yet?

Im using 15.2.1

So the itinerary has a block list, which allows the pricemenu? Or in generic terms, you want a block list on a block in a block list. That should definitely be possible.

Depends if it works in any previous versions. It should work in v13 though, I do the same all the time. But I don't think you can downgrade from 15 to 13
