Do you have content nodes at all?

hi, yes there are content nodes, the thing is this is working clearly on our environment, but the setup that was done in another server, we got this issue. im in a spot to either fix it as i can or provide them troubleshoot options to check

Did they copy a database with different config options maybe? Maybe check the log file as well

@Richard Soeteman yes this might be the issue, we sort of as well from our side made it compatable to SQL 2016 idk if this is related? ill discuss this with the team thanks 🙂
