I have no idea how provide UX feedback on https://umbraco.com but this should apply to any site. The ideal line length should be 55-75 characters at most which meets accessibility guidelines for most users. This page has line lengths between 155-175 characters making it very difficult for most users to read. If anyone know how I can feedback to the web site team I would be happy to make the case to them.
